Message 20003 – There are no Schedule-Of-Value items for this contract
Description
In order to send a Contract from Prolog Manager to Sage Timberline Office, the contract must have at least one item in its schedule of values. This message occurs when a contract is encountered that does not have any items.
Resolution
· Option 1 – Open the contract in Prolog Manager and enter at least one item in the schedule of values on the Contract Amounts tab
· Option 2 – Remove the contract from Prolog Manager
· Option 3 – Change the field being used by Integrator to determine when a contract is ready to send to Sage Timberline Office. Changing this field would cause Integrator to ignore the contract until such time as the information is complete. The field that Integrator uses to determine which contracts are ready to send is identified in Integrator’s Contract Settings window on the General tab.
